Thank you for shopping at The Spherificator®! We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products and services. Please review the following Return and Refund Policy, which outlines the steps for returning or refunding your purchase.
Standard Return Policy
Products purchased directly from thespherificator.com are eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all parts and original packaging intact.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at hello@thespherificator.com to start your return and fill out the return application form.
- Ensure the item is placed in its original packaging along with the packing slip and all included parts.
- Reseal the packaging securely with shipping tape.
- If a return label is provided by us, affix it to the package. If you are arranging shipping independently, please ensure the package is properly labeled.
- Ship the package through the designated carrier or your preferred service.
- Once the returned item is in transit, we will process your refund within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Please note, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
When contacting us about a damaged or incorrect order, please provide the following:
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the damaged or incorrect product
- Your order number and any relevant details
Missing Parts
If your product arrives with missing parts, please contact us right away. We will assist you promptly to ensure the missing parts are sent to you as soon as possible.
Exchanges
- Return the original item by following the steps above.
- Place a new order for the desired item once the return is processed.
